Something in your systems has stopped.

Integration. Workflow. Scale. Something’s off.

You've patched it, reorganized around it, hired for it. The problem is still there. Now it's everywhere.
The real issue is structural, and it's been structural from the beginning.

We find it. We take it apart. We rebuild it so it holds.

What’s Breaking
Integration that never fully integrated
Workflows held together by people
Growth that exposed structural limits
Data you can’t actually use
Tools working against each other
A system no one understands anymore
Work

A Subscription Platform: AI Operations & Automation

An online yoga studio, everything done manually. Built the full operations stack: AI video pipeline from recording to published clips on every platform, a browser-based DAW for waveform-driven trim and one-pass publish, membership API, email platform, newsletter automation, daily reporting. One person able to perform at small-team scale.

A Media & Communications Platform

AI-driven content and intelligence systems for a media and communications platform. The architecture separates what to publish and when from the mechanics of building and delivering it. Designed to operate at scale without proportional overhead.

Charted: iOS Product

iOS app for daily astrological content, built end-to-end in Swift/SwiftUI. Designed to complete, not capture. Swiss Ephemeris for precision accuracy, AI generation with strict factual guardrails, fully automated daily publishing to Instagram with astronomically derived hashtags.

SubText: macOS Utility

A macOS utility for iMessage search and context retrieval. An MCP server layer makes conversation history available to AI tools as structured, queryable context. Built for the case where the information you need is already in your messages. You just can't find it.

Fortra: Digital Guardian

Rearchitected product at the macOS/kernel boundary after Apple began deprecating kernel extensions. Restored full capability without breaking the product. The approach still underpins the product today.

Silent Circle: Blackphone

Product architecture and interaction model for a secure communications suite across iOS and Android. Built from the constraint that security and usability could not be traded against each other.

Anonyome Labs: SudoApp

Full UX and architecture redesign of a privacy platform. Established a two-week release cycle where none had existed. Rebuilt the team's relationship with shipping.

Who I Am

I'm JP Ganyard.
Product architect and systems designer. Thirty years of entering when something is structurally broken, unwinding the whole system, establishing a foundation that holds.

I enter when it’s already failing. I build the team the problem requires. We leave when it’s stable.

If it’s already costing you time, money, or trust, write. We'll tell you if we can help.
